I use WHOOP to track my health and fitness progress. From my experience, I have found WHOOP to be the most advanced fitness tracking device, particularly for optimising fitness and sporting performance.

I use Withings to track my daily steps and monitor my weight fluctuations over time using their digital smart scales. I would recommend Withings to anyone looking to use tech as a way of measuring health metrics. 

I use MyFitnessPal to set calorie intake goals. Whilst I use the premium version of the app to customise my goals, anyone can use the free version to help track their daily food intake using MFP’s huge database.
